TFX provide a variety of maintenance and servicing options to suit your requirements.
Our on-site support staff follow a pro-active methodology to keep your computer network environment running optimally via routine maintenance.
Servicing is provided in the following forms:
Ad-Hoc Servicing - call us when you need us, we'll attend your site within one business day of your booking
Scheduled Servicing - we provide regular service at a time and day of your choice on a daily, weekly or fortnightly schedule
Emergency Servicing - 2 hour response to fix unexpected outages
Upgrades and Project Services - TFX provide consulting and planning services to assist you with upgrades to network infrastructure and computer equipment as well as major projects such as new school builds, admin upgrades and refurbishments. Contact us by phone or at support@tfx.com.au for details
